We appreciate our members and the time they spend with us! When it’s time to say goodbye, the bond holder may choose to sell their bond privately, sell back to the club, or donate it to the club.
Based on our fiscal calendar, bond refunds will be processed during the open registration period for the club. Registration typically opens in April, and refunds will be issued in May, July & September.
We do our best to handle these transactions as efficiently as possible and appreciate your patience during the process.
For all Bond request changes, please fill out the form below. This will log and timestamp requests for processing.
If you have decided to sell or donate your bond back to the club, but do not have your original bond certificate, you may be required to provide a notarized copy of the bond redemption form.
If you choose to sell your bond privately, please follow the procedure below:
Current Certificate (Bond) holders are responsible for contacting the club via the contact form below. Please review the instructions and complete the form, making sure to include the name and contact information for the person you are transferring your bond to (Transferee).Once the club receives your completed form, we will contact the Transferee to complete the steps required for membership.Also, please note (as stated on the form) the Transferee is responsible for paying the Current Bond holder (the face value of the bond is $350).In addition, the transferee will be charged a transfer fee ($150) as a part of their member registration when they join the club.
