Rental Fees:
- $350 for up to 50 people. (3 guards on duty)
- $400 for 50 or more people (for additional lifeguard staff). (4-5 guards on duty)
NOTE: A minimum $20 cash gratuity must be paid directly to each attending guard.
- The rental will not be confirmed until the payment is received.
- The total rental fee must be paid prior to booking the event.
- Payment will be accepted online only.
- Only if Valley Brook guards and/or management determines the weather to be unsafe conditions prior to the party’s start time, will a refund and cancellation be issued.
- Members may cancel their party reservation up to 48 hours in advance only by emailing ValleyBrookPool@gmail.com or calling 412-486-9830 for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
- Rescheduling of any date will be handled solely by the Pool Manager and/or Assistant Pool Manager.
- Music/noise must be kept to a reasonable level as not to disturb the neighboring residents.
- The pool and pool area are to be left in the condition it was found.
- The Sponsoring Member is responsible for any damage to the property.
