Rental Fees: $350 for up to 50 people. $400 for 50 or more people (for additional lifeguard staff).
NOTE: A minimum $20 gratuity must be paid directly to each attending staff.

  • A $100 Security Deposit will accompany each completed pool rental form and may be submitted at the front desk. The rental will not be confirmed until the fees are received.
  • The total rental fee must be paid prior to the event. Payment may be accepted at the front desk.
  • Money will be refunded due to weather related cancellation ONLY.
  • Rescheduling of any date will be handled solely by the Pool Manager and/or Assistant Pool Manager ONLY.
  • Music/noise must be kept to a reasonable level as not to disturb the neighboring residents.
  • The pool and pool area are to be left in the condition it was found. The Sponsoring Member is responsible for any damage to the property.
